The connections of co-defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Johnny Nansen aren’t enough to entirely reshape the interior defensive line for the Texas Longhorns as UCLA Bruins defensive tackle Jay Toia announced on Monday evening that he’s returning to Westwood after entering the NCAA transfer portal and visiting the Forty Acres for Saturday’s Orange-White game.
